Returns

To return an Vally Custom product, you need to follow the following steps:

1.Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing contact@valleycustom.net. In your email, mention the date of your purchase, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

2.Once you receive the RMA number, write it on the outside of the return parcel in a conspicuous place.

3.Ensure that the item(s) to be returned are in their original packaging and in new condition. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.

4.Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

5.The returnee is responsible for all shipping charges when returning the product to Vally Custom. Vally Custom does not reimburse shipping charges.

6.Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA number and indicate whether you want a replacement or a refund.

7.Send the package to the Vally Custom return address mentioned in their return policy.
